PALLET TRANSPORTING EQUIPMENT

Pallet transporting equipment is provided to perform loading of parts smoothly and efficiently, and enable repetitive loading of parts by promptly withdrawing the pallet and transporting an empty pallet to a parts loading position. Pallet transporting equipment comprises a guide rail(12), a transporting plate(20), a driving unit, a positioning unit(40), a detecting unit(60), a control unit. The guide rail mounted at a pallet loading position and a pallet withdrawing position enables the transporting plate to move back and forth. The transporting plate moving on the guide rail transports a pallet correctly to a proper position. The driving unit is connected to the transporting plate to receive a control signal from the control unit and move the transporting plate along the length-direction of the guide rail. The positioning unit transports the pallet to an empty pallet position, the pallet loading position, and the pallet withdrawing position, by receiving the control signal from the control unit. Also, the positioning unit fixes the pallet not to move while parts are being loaded. The detecting unit detects movements of the pallets being transported and transmits the result to the control unit. The control unit operates the positioning unit and the driving unit, and controls operation pressure.
