Zusammenfassung: | An apparatus for measuring a high precision sound wave water level and a method thereof are provided to improve the measuring efficiency of the flow rate and to accurately measure the depth of water through the complete compensation for the sonic velocity change. An apparatus for measuring a high precision sound wave water level comprises: water level measuring and standard waveguides(12,13) integrally attached; a sound wave pulse launcher(14) installed with a horn(15) at the upper parts of the waveguides; and sound reception machines(11v1,11v2,11v0,11v0') separated from the sound wave pulse launcher with a predetermined gap. The first sound reception machine is installed at the spot where a predetermined interval(L0) is formed from the sound reception machine. The spot is corresponded to one of a maximum water level(Hmax) and a maximum water depth(hmax). The interval of the sound reception machines is small if the water measurement accuracy is high. |
