MANUFACTURING METHOD OF F4-2-4 ISOLATED FROM STREPTOMYCES SP. AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

A novel compound derived from Streptomyces sp. is provided to be able to excellently inhibit the growth of cancer cell, thereby being applied as an anti-cancer agent. The compound is represented by the formula(1) and is prepared by the method comprising the steps of: (a) after culturing Streptomyces sp. KACC91015, centrifuging the culture solution to separate fungi therefrom; (b) adding a solvent to the separated culture solution so as to extract active materials; (c) concentrating the extract obtained from the step(b) to remove the solvent therefrom and then filtering it by using a filter paper; and (d) performing an ion-exchange resin column chromatography, reverse-phase resin column chromatography and preparative HPLC on the obtained extract in sequence.
