Zusammenfassung:A hinge structure for a swing type portable phone is provided to smoothly realize a swing operation without installing a rigid ball and to fasten a cover plate for preventing deviation of a rotary shaft to a side of a base, thereby simplifying, miniaturizing and lightening a product. A hinge structure for a swing type portable phone for rotatably combining a cover including an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) with a portable main body, the hinge structure comprises the followings: a base(10) combined with the main body; a rotary shaft(20) which is rotatably installed on the base(10) and combined with the cover; a cover plate(30) which is combined with the base(10) and prevents the rotary shaft(20) from being deviated; and a locking unit(13b) for holding a stop location of the rotary shaft(20).
