EQUIPMENT FOR MEASURING DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES ON INSULATING PAPERS USED THE OIL-FILLED POWER CABLE

A device for measuring the dielectric property of an insulating paper for an OF(Oil-Filled) power cable is provided to exactly estimate/evaluate the dielectric property by making a sample used for an electrode device measuring the dielectric property, in the same insulation structure as the real power OF cable. A device for measuring the dielectric property of an insulating paper(22) for an OF power cable includes a cylindrical high-voltage electrode(21-1) receiving measurement voltage generated from a power supplier(24); the measurement insulating paper wound on the high-voltage electrode in the same shape as the real OF power cable; a guard ring electrode(21-2) installed on the insulating paper to ground leaking current generated from the high-voltage electrode to flow through the surface of the insulating paper; a measurement electrode(21-3) disposed on the insulating paper to transmit the current leaking through the insulating paper to a dielectric property measuring device(25); and a device cell(23) embedding all electrodes wound with the insulating paper in the center.
