Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an insulating resin composition having an interpenetrating crosslinking structure, which shows improved electrical properties, mechanical strength, thermal properties and reliability, has excellent workability and adhesion to lead wires, and is useful as a coating material of film condensers. The insulating resin composition having an interpenetrating crosslinking structure comprises: (1) 20-70 wt% of a photocurable epoxy (meth)acrylate oligomer resin composition; (2) 10-60 wt% of a heat curable epoxy resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a mixture containing an epoxy resin and an acid anhydride-based curing agent in a weight ratio of 4:6-6:4, and 0.05-0.43 parts by weight of an amine-based thermal catalyst; and (3) 20-50 wt% of a reactive diluent.
