METHOD FOR PREPARING CATALYST CARRIER USING EXTRUSION-MOLDING

A method for improving quality of a final product by improving mixing degree of raw materials in preparation of a catalytic carrier by extrusion molding is provided. The method for preparing a catalytic carrier comprises: (1) mixing solid raw material constituents comprising a catalytic material with an average particle diameter ranging from 0.1 to 10 mum and a solid inorganic or organic binder with an average particle diameter ranging from 10 to 100 mum to prepare a solid mixture; (2) mixing liquid raw material constituents comprising a solvent, a liquid phase inorganic or organic binder and the remainder of a liquid phase additive to prepare a liquid mixture; and (3) injecting the liquid mixture into the solid mixture and mixing the liquid mixture with the solid mixture to obtain a catalytic carrier composition, and subjecting the catalytic carrier to extrusion molding, drying and heat treatment.
