METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING AUCTION WITH BIDDING PRICES BEING SEMI-OPEN TO THE PUBLIC WHICH USES WIRE-WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK

A semi-open type auction system using the wired/wireless network and an operation method thereof are provided to request strategic access to calculation of an expected successful bid by opening bid status information for only the preset number of bids to the bidders, and making the bidders select the expected successful bid and offer the bid with more effort. A bid status opening module(165) opens no bid status information in case that the number of same bid price for each auction article is below the preset number and opens only the preset number of bids to the bidders in the case that the number of same bid price for each auction article is over the preset number. A successful bidder selecting module(163) selects the bidder presenting the lowest bid price at first as a successful bidder in the case that the lowest bid price is multiple, or selects the bidder presenting the bid price at first or both bidders between two bidders presenting the lowest or highest bid prices of the next order as the successful bidder.
