Zusammenfassung:	A small household garbage dryer which is constructed in a small and light structure is provided to reduce an economical burden, suppresses diffusion of garbage odor, and can dry garbage promptly, simply and more efficiently. The household garbage dryer comprises: a body(10) on which an electric heater(12) is mounted; an inner container(20) which is placed on the body and contains garbage to be dried; a catchment tank(30) which is mounted on the inner container in the state that a catchment chamber(33) is formed around a vapor hole(32) perforated bottom(31) of the catchment tank; and a cover(40) which has a deodorizing chamber(41) and covers an upper part of the catchment tank to induce a dew condensation phenomenon of vapor, wherein a vent hole(44) is formed on the bottom of the deodorizing chamber.
