STREET LIGHT APPARATUS

A street light apparatus is provided to facilitate installation, maintenance, and repair of a lamp and a light unit having the lamp in spite of a sealed structure of a lamp receiving space. A street light apparatus includes a light unit(100), a cover unit(200), and a clamp unit(400). In the light unit(100), a socket(120) connected to a lamp(110) is fixed to a reflector(130) for reflection of the lamp(110). A receiving space of the lamp(110) is limited and sealed by the reflector(130) and a globe(140) connected to the reflector(130). A cover unit(200) includes a fixing cover(220) fixing the light unit(100) while exposing the globe(140), and an opening and closing cover(240) selectively opening and closing the upper part of the light unit(100). The clamp unit(400) is installed on the fixing cover(220) to connect a street light support(2) to the fixing cover(220). The clamp unit(400) includes clamping units(420,440) of a saw tooth structure. The clamping units(420,440) are composed of a pair of clamp pieces whose one end portions are connected to each other by a hinge and the other end portions are fixed to each other through a bolt coupling device when the clamping units(420,440) are engaged with the support(2).
