Zusammenfassung:A method of manufacturing a color filter using a three-dimensional pattern is provided to easily fabricate a color filter of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) through a simple deposition process using a three-dimensional pattern structure having transmission layer patterns having different thicknesses. A three-dimensional pattern structure(204) has transmission layer patterns (204a1,204b1,204c1) having different thicknesses, which selectively transmit only red, green and blue lights, on a glass substrate(202). A metal(206) is deposited on the overall surface of the glass substrate to completely bury the three-dimensional pattern structure. The metal layer is removed to expose the top of the three-dimensional pattern structure to accomplish color filters having metal patterns formed in spaces of the three-dimensional pattern structure.
