DATA COMMUNICATION METHOD IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM THEREOF

A data communication method in a mobile communication terminal and a data communication system thereof are provided to retransmit download state information by considering a state of a download server or network traffic if a response message is not received when contents are downloaded, thereby reducing the probability of previously downloaded contents being abandoned without being used and enhancing the efficiency of entire communication. Download state information on downloaded contents is transmitted(S300-S310). It is decided whether a response message for the download state information is received(S315). If the response message which does not contain an error code is received, the contents are executed(S320,S325). If the response message is not received, the download state information is retransmitted(S315,S345).
