Zusammenfassung:	An aortic aneurysm treating appliance is provided to be fixedly inserted into an aortic aneurysm portion of a main blood vessel by pivoting a stent graft through a connecting member. An anchoring stent(24) is fixedly inserted into a branch blood vessel branched from a main blood vessel, and has plural cylindrical members(23) having an elastic force consisting of plural bosses(23a) and hollows(23b). A stent graft(22) is fixedly inserted into an aortic aneurysm portion of the main blood vessel, and has plural cylindrical members(21) having the elastic force consisting of plural bosses and hollows. A connecting member pivotally connects the anchoring stent and the stent graft.
