Zusammenfassung: | An apparatus and a method for predicting and warning strip breakage in the cold rolling process, which prevent productivity deterioration or facility loss and reduce operation loads of operators by predicting strip breakage in a process of manufacturing a predetermined sized rolled strip by cold rolling a coil and warning strip breakage to the operators, are provided. An apparatus for predicting and warning strip breakage in the cold rolling process comprises: a supervisory control computer(100) having a first transceiver module(110) for receiving setting data including specification and control setting information of a rolled coil from a process main control part; a human-machine interface(HMI,200) for outputting setting data and related warning massage through a screen from the first transceiver module; and a data server(300) for storing setting data from the human-machine interface as coil property data, and determining strip breakage of a coil that is currently in operation based on two-dimensional main component marks obtained through a preset strip breakage prediction model(333) using the coil property data to perform warning according to determination results of the strip breakage. |
