HIGH PRESSURE MELAMINE SHEET OF THERMOSETTING RESIN AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

A thermosetting resin melamine sheet with laminate structure of OPP film, metal thin sheet substitute and metal thin sheet is provided to have excellent texture and pattern on the surface of the sheet to satisfy taste of consumer by attaching OPP(oriented polypropylene) films on both sides of a pattern paper and laminating a metal thin sheet substitute and a metal thin sheet over the OPP films in order. The thermosetting resin melamine sheet is fabricated by the steps of: attaching OPP films on both sides of a pattern paper or crafted paper(2,3) which is already penetrated with resin; attaching a metal thin sheet substitute made of fiber or metal wire to the top of the OPP film(4); laminating a metal thin sheet on the top of the metal thin sheet substitute; pressing and heating the laminate; separating the metal thin sheet(1) and/or the metal sheet substrate(5) from the OPP film(4); and removing the OPP films from the laminate. The metal thin sheet substitute is selected from leather, fabric sheet or iron wire.
