Zusammenfassung:	A TCP(Tape Carrier Package) block is provided to reduce the damage of a TAB(Tape Automated Bonding) IC(Integrated Circuit) due to a frequent contact of a probe and to minimize a contact failure of the probe by using a buffer unit. A TCP block includes a main block(100) fixed to a probe plate, a buffer block, an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) and a TAB IC. One upper side of the buffer block(120) is higher than the other upper side. The buffer block is connected to a lower portion of the main block. The FPC(130) is attached to a lower portion of the buffer block in order to receive a predetermined signal of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). The TAB IC(140) is attached to one lower side of the FPC in order to change the predetermined signal of the PCB into a panel driving signal. The buffer block is made of one selected from a group consisting of steel, stainless, aluminium and acryl.
