A memory member(5) stores temporarily information. A remote controller(6) transmits a manipulating control signal for manipulating the broadcasting receiver. A remote controller receiving member(8) receives and decodes the manipulation control signal and then outputs the decoded signal to the control member. A screen producing member(8) generates an OSD(On Screen Display) signal. A mixing member(9) superposes the video signal with the OSD signal. A display member(10) outputs the video signal to a display apparatus. A manipulation panel member(12) is furnished to a body of the broadcasting receiver.
