Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method of making split type conjugate fiber of polyamide and polyester improved in spinnability and drawability by mixing a mixture of low-viscosity liquid polyester and magnesium oxide with polyamide is provided. It enhances interfacial adhesion between two components and reduces the generation of thread breakage and fluffs during drawing while preventing fouling of a spinneret. CONSTITUTION: Low-viscosity liquid polyester is dispersed in magnesium oxide as an antifouling agent for spinneret in an amount of 0.5 to 5 times the weight of magnesium oxide to give a mixture. Thereafter, 0.02 to 0.5% by weight of the mixture is added to polyamide. The liquid polyester is a polycondensation product of aliphatic or aromatic dicarboxylic acid and dihydric alcohol and a molecular weight of 200 to 5,000. The aliphatic or aromatic dicarboxylic acid is adipic acid, sebacic acid, azelaic acid, glutamic acid, terephthalic acid and phthalic anhydride. |
