APPARATUS FOR MONITORING ACCIDENT BY USING CCTV AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring an accident by using a CCTV and a method therefor are provided to promptly take necessary measures by obtaining an image and accurately analyzing an accident. CONSTITUTION: An image processor(400) processes an image photographed by a CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) camera(100) for transmitting the processed image to a CCTV monitor(200). A power unit(500) supplies power to the CCTV camera, the CCTV monitor, and the image processor. An image analyzing unit(600) compares the current image obtained by the CCTV camera with a normal image which is an image of a field where no accident occurs. The image analyzing unit judges whether any accident occurs in the field, and transmits the result of the judgement to a manager. An operating terminal(700) reports the accident to the manager. A wireless terminal device(800) receives the report from the operating terminal. A printer is provided to record the accident. An alarm gives an alarm.
