BIO-/PHOTO-DEGRADABLE AGRICULTURAL MULCH FILM COMPOSITION, PREPARATION THEREOF AND FORMED PRODUCT OBTAINED FROM THE SAME COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A low-priced bio-/photo-degradable agricultural mulch film composition which is formed by means of conventional film processing machines and has excellent degradability is provided. CONSTITUTION: The bio-/photo-degradable agricultural mulch film composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a matrix resin containing a polyethylene and a bio-degradable aliphatic polymer at a weight ratio of 1:99 to 30:70, 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a binder, 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a compatible catalyst, 0.001 to 1 parts by weight of a radical initiator, 10 to 150 parts by weight of a starch, 1 to 40 parts by weight of a starch plasticizer, 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of a starch destructuring agent, 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of an auto-oxidizing agent, and 0.001 to 5 parts by weight of a photo-degradation controlling agent. 본 발명은 생/광분해성 농업용 멀칭필름 조성물과 이의 제조방법 및 이로 부터 제조된 성형물에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 구체적으로는 폴리에틸렌과 생분해성 지방족 고분자가 1:99∼30:70의 중량비로 혼합된 매트릭스 수지 100중량부, 결합제 0.01∼10 중량부, 상용촉매제 0.01∼10중량부, 라디칼개시제 0.001∼1중량부, 전분 10∼150중량부, 전분가소제 1∼40중량부, 전분 결합파괴제(Destructurizing Agent) 0.01∼20중량부, 자동산화제 0.01∼20중량부, 및 광분해조절제 0.001∼5중량부로 이루어진 생/광분해성 농업용 멀칭필름 조성물과 이의 제조방법 및 이로 부터 제조된 성형물에 관한 것이다.
