METHOD FOR MONITORING PRODUCTION CONTROL CONDITION AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for monitoring a production control condition and a device thereof are provided to monitor a production control condition of many equipment of a manufacturing line in real time and to recognize a trouble portion of the equipment. CONSTITUTION: One menu is selected on a main menu screen(1). The first screen corresponded to the selected menu is output(2). It is judged whether an alarm is generated caused by a trouble out of manufacturing field equipment(3). If an alarm is generated, the alarm is displayed on the first screen and output through a printer. In addition, the current time, alarm contents, and an equipment name are recorded in a file(5). If the second screen selection key for displaying a manufacturing condition of a trouble generated equipment and a trouble generation portion is inputted(6), the second screen with respect to the trouble equipment is output and trouble generation information is displayed on the second screen(7). If the first confirmation key is inputted(8), an alarm state displayed on the second screen is released. If the second confirmation key of an alarm screen is inputted(9), the alarm screen disappeared and a monitoring is executed(10).
