ESTROGEN DERIVATIVE, SALT THEREOF AND HAIR GROWING COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: An estrogen derivative, a salt thereof, and a hair growing composition containing the same are provided, which has no side effect and good hair growing effect and is safe to a human body. CONSTITUTION: The estrogen derivative and a salt thereof is represented by a formula I, wherein R is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 acyl, benzyl oxyl, or tetrahydropyranyl group; X1 and X2 are same or different, hydrogen, halogen, CH2COOR4, CH2CONHR4, COOR4 or CONHR4, but are not hydrogen or halogen at the same time. The hair growing composition comprises 0.01 to 10 wt.% of the estrogen derivative or salt thereof, based on total weight of the composition. The estrogen derivative represented by formula I and salt thereof act as an antidrug.
