METHOD FOR PRODUCING NONWOVEN FABRIC ARTIFICIAL LEATHER HAVING IMPROVED DYEING PROPERTIES

PURPOSE: A method for producing nonwoven fabric artificial leather having improved dyeing properties is provided, thereby improving the color fastness properties of the nonwoven fabric artificial leather, and dyeing the nonwoven fabric artificial leather dark color. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing nonwoven fabric artificial leather having improved dyeing properties comprises the steps of: melt-mixing an ultra-fine fibril component with inorganic dye to produce ultra-fine dope dyed yarn; producing single fiber using the ultra-fine dope dyed yarn to produce nonwoven fabric; dipping the nonwoven fabric in a color pigment mixed polyurethane elastic solution; removing dispersion components of ultra-fine fiber from the dipped nonwoven fabric; and dyeing the nonwoven fabric with antimetal dye, wherein the inorganic dye is added in the amount of 0.1 to 5 wt.%; and the polyurethane mixed color pigment is added in the amount of 0.1 to 10 wt.%. 본 발명은 혼합방사 혹은 복합방사에 따라 극세피브릴 성분에 0.1% 내지 0.5중량%의 무기안료가 용융혼합된 원착 극세사를 제조한후 극세사로 구성된 부직포를 칼라피그먼트를 0.1% 내지 10% 첨가시킨 폴리우레탄 탄성체용액에 함침, 응고, 및 수세한 후 함금속염료 혹은 분산염료로 염색하여 염색성이 개량된 부직포 인공피혁을 제조하는 방법으로서, 이러한 본 발명은 염색 견뢰도가 높고, 농색 발현이 가능한 효과가 있는 것이다.
