Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for stabilization of an extract of Lonicera japonica Thunb. by melting the Lonicera japonica Thunb. extract in phospholipid, unsaturated fatty acid or beta-carotene is provided to store flavonoid of Lonicera japonica Thunb. in a liquid state without oxidative decomposition and discoloration. CONSTITUTION: 0.001 to 10% by weight of flavonoid of Lonicera japonica Thunb. is melted in one or more stabilizing agents selected from phospholipid, unsaturated fatty acid or beta-carotene. The phospholipid is phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine or phosphatidyl inositol and unsaturated fatty acid is palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, elaidic acid, linolenic acid, arachidonic acid or erucic acid. |
