AUTOMATIC BAFFLE DUCT FOR MICRO PURGE AIR BAG FILTER

PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic baffle duct for distributing air into a micro purge air bag filter, thereby preventing damage of the filter, increasing duct collecting efficiency and dust deposition in the bag filter. CONSTITUTION: The duct comprises a casing(10) installed at a side of a bag filter housing to be used as an inner passage, an impeller(20) installed at the front of a gas discharging exit(12) of the casing(10) and bent for making air turbulent flow, a variable gas passage section(30) including a plurality of damper plates(32) which are pivotally installed for opening and closing an opening(15) formed at an upper portion of the casing(10) by being rotated by a motor(38), for inducing air flow containing dust to the top of the casing(10), and a controller(40) connected to a sensor(42) for detecting rotation of the impeller(20), and opening partially or entirely the variable gas passage section(30) by driving the motor(38) according to the detected value of the sensor(42), thereby distributing air flow through the discharging exit(12) of the casing(10) and the variable gas passage section(30).
