Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A rubber tape for winding a texture is provided having no initial slip achieving effective friction in a friction surface of the rubber tape. CONSTITUTION: In a method for forming a rubber tape for friction roller of a weaving machine, a silicon rubber paper tape is pressed and heated to a sand paper tape(12) attached with a plurality of fine stones. Thereby, a silicon rubber tape(14) having a plurality of concave portions(48) are formed. A rubber tape having a weaker solidity than the silicon rubber is pressed and heated to the silicon rubber tape, and then is cured. Thereby, a rubber tape having a plurality of protrusion corresponding to the concave portions of the silicon rubber tape is formed.
