Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for preparing a crystalline sustained release aromatic composition is provided, to obtain the aromatic composition sustained releasing the herb perfume by adsorbing the herb perfume to the recrystallized sodium chloride. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of supersaturating sodium chloride into distilled water; adding 0.01-0.05 wt% of a water-soluble dye to the solution to obtain the sodium chloride crystal; injecting the aromatic raw material, ethanol and the sodium chloride crystal in the ratio of 3:1:4 into a mixer capsulated with two coolers and refluxing the mixture for 8 days; and removing ethanol under reduced pressure at a temperature below 10 deg.C.
