CONSTITUTION: A composition of seasoning sauce for cold noodle is characterized by comprising 20-24 wt.% of sugar, 2-5 wt.% of refined salt, 3.0-5.0 wt.% of sesame seed, 0.1-0.2 wt.5 of xanthan gum, 6-7 wt.% of red hot pepper powder, 19-20 wt.% of red hot pepper paste, 0.5-0.7 wt.% of mustard powder, 12.56-14.56 wt.% of soy sauce, 2-6 wt.% of vinegar, 3-5 wt.% of sesame oil, 6-7 wt.% of garlic, 10.64-13.84 wt.% of sugar syrup, and 5-6 wt.% of fresh welsh onion. |
