Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A hot blast control valve made of copper for blast furnace operation is provided to control volume of hot blast by passing cooling water through the inside of valve plates fabricated of copper that can endure impact of foreign materials in hot blast and hot blast of high pressure. CONSTITUTION: The hot blast control valve made of copper for blast furnace operation comprises an outer cylinder(4) upper and lower parts of which upper and lower flanges are installed, and on left and right surfaces of which left and right flanges(9,9a) for fixing valve shafts(22,23) are installed; a thermal insulation part comprising one stage slip refractory material(5) and two stage refractory material(6); a valve body made of copper(20) on which a hollow compensating channel(8) is formed, and in which water supply and drain driving valve shafts(22,23) are integrally formed so that the valve body(20) is fixed to the left and right flanges(9,9a) of the outer cylinder(4) by means of bearings(24,24a); a ceramic sleeve(30) which is mounted on the water supply and drain driving valve shafts(22,23) so that the ceramic sleeve(30) is inserted into a groove formed on the two stage refractory material(6) of the thermal insulation part; grand nuts(25,25a) which is coupled to a female screw part of the left and right flanges(9,9a) to press and fix packings(27,27a) and bushings(26,26a) that are inserted into the water supply and drain driving valve shafts(22,23); a drainpipe(33) which is connected to a drainage swivel joint(28a) mounted on one end of the drain valve shaft(23), on which a drain automatic valve(34) connected to the nitrogen purge pipe(37) is mounted, and on the rear of which a drain pressure switch(36) is mounted; a water supply pipe(31) which is perpendicularly connected to a water supply swivel joint(28), on which a water supply automatic valve(32) connected to the nitrogen purge pipe(37) is mounted, and on the rear of which a water supply pressure switch(35) is mounted; a nitrogen purge pipe(37) which is connected to the water supply pipe and drainpipe(31,33), and on which a nitrogen purge automatic valve(38) opened or closed by the controller(40) is mounted; a driving motor(2) to which a driving shaft(2a) is coupled by water supply valve shaft(22) and a universal joint(29); and a controller(40) for controlling the driving motor(2). |
