Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An organic optical recording medium is provided to reduce the using amounts of a pigment to improve reflectivity as well as to decrease a cost, so as to enhance durability by a cross-linking of a hardening layer to prevent a rewriting. CONSTITUTION: A recording layer is composed of a near infrared absorption pigment capable of absorbing a laser to generate heat. A hardening layer having a thermosetting resin or an optical setting resin on an oligomer is formed on an upper or lower side of the recording layer. During a writing process, the hardening layer is partially hardened by heat generation of the pigment of the recording layer. After completing the writing process, an unhardened part of the hardening layer is completely hardened by heat or light.
본 발명은 기판(1)에, 기록층(3),반사층(4)및 보호층(5)이 형성된 추기형(WORM:Write Once Read Many) 광기록매체에 있어서, 상단 또는 하단에 올리고 머상의 열경화성 수지의 경화층 (2)이 형성되고 기록층(3)은 레이져를 흡수하여 발열시킬수 있는 근적외선 색소로 구성되며, 기록의 완료후에 경화층 (2)의 수지를 50℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하거나 광조사하여 가교결합 시킴으로써 기록잠금 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 광기록 매체및 재기록 방지 방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명의 유기광기록 매체는 색소의 사용량이 감소하여 반사율의 향상과 원감 절감의 효과를 제공하여, 경화층(3)의 크로스링킹으로 내구성이 향상되며 재기록이 방지되는 잇점을 갖는다. |
