METHOD FOR SAVING RADIO RESOURCE BY CHANGING RECEIVING BELL SOUNDING TIME IN WLL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for saving a radio resource by changing a receiving bell sounding time in WLL system is provided to save a radio resource for a time during which a receiving bell sounds and a receiving subscriber answers to a call by changing the receiving bell sounding time point of the subscriber side in allocating a radio resource required for a radio connection between a terminal station and a base station. CONSTITUTION: A paging message is transmitted from a base station to a terminal station through a paging channel(PGCH) so as for the base station to page the terminal station(3). A channel paging message is transmitted from the base station to the terminal station through the paging channel(PGCH) to cancel a previously transmitted page message(4). A channel request message is transmitted from the terminal station to the base station through an access channel(AXCH) or a signaling channel(SGCH) so as for the terminal station to request a radio resource(5). A channel request ack message is transmitted from the base station to the terminal station through the paging channel(PGCH), so as for the terminal station to attempt an access to the base station through the access channel(AXCH)(6). A channel assignment message is transmitted from the base station to the terminal station through the paging channel(PGCH) or the signaling channel(SGCH), so as for the terminal station to assign a radio resource(7). A connect request message is transmitted from the base station for a connection set-up(8). A connect response message is transmitted from the terminal station to the base station(9).
