A rear side electrode(4) is formed on the rear side of the insulation layer(3). A rear side protection layer(5) is formed on a range excluding a formation range of the rear side electrode(4) and the rear side electrode of the insulation layer(3). Foam layers(8,9) are installed on the rear side of the rear side protection layer(5) and the front side of the transparent conductive film(1).
