EL LIGHT EMISSION DEVICE

PURPOSE: An electro luminescence apparatus is provided to prevent noise generation by installing a foam layer as a fender in at least one side between both sides of electro luminescence panel so that the vibration arisen from electro luminescence panel can be absorbed as well as to save the fabrication cost by installing the formation of foam layer by the application and plasticity of foamy ink. CONSTITUTION: A luminescence layer(2) is formed on the rear side of a transparent conductive film(1). An insulation layer(3) is formed on rear side of the luminescence layer(2). A rear side electrode(4) is formed on the rear side of the insulation layer(3). A rear side protection layer(5) is formed on a range excluding a formation range of the rear side electrode(4) and the rear side electrode of the insulation layer(3). Foam layers(8,9) are installed on the rear side of the rear side protection layer(5) and the front side of the transparent conductive film(1).
