Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A camera movement detecting method is provided to use the camera in an extract standard not including a movement vector inside as M-JPEG as well as MPEG. CONSTITUTION: A camera movement detecting method comprises the steps of: projecting a direct current image input from outside; measuring the similarity between the projected images according to the numbers of the projected images projecting the direct current image; and detecting the panning rate of the camera according to the measured maximum similarity value after measuring the similarity for a certain time.
