Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A volume holographic digital data storage system is provided to perform an efficient beam modulation process and regenerate efficiently the stored data by reflecting and modulating an object beam and storing the reflected and modulated beam. CONSTITUTION: A beam source(200) generates a laser beam. A beam splitter(210) divides a laser beam into a reference beam and an object beam. A beam extension portion(230) extends the object beam. A reflective beam modulator(240) modulates input data to binary data and reflects the modulated beam. An image lens(250) reduces the modulated beam. A rotary mirror(220) reflects the reference beam to a predetermined angle. A storage medium(260) stores interference patterns of the reflected reference beam, the reduced beam, and the modulated beam. |
