Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A piezoelectric ceramic material PZT used in the production of ultrasonic transducer or power supply is provided to reduce amount of rare-metal required to produce piezoelectric ceramic parts by specific ratio of additives based on Bi, Ln, In, Co, Fe, Cr, Ni, Zn, Mg elements. CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic material comprises three-component PbZrO3-PbTiO3-PbSb2/3Mn1/3O3 produced by combining m mol% of Bi4/5A1/5(V1/2B'1/2B")1/2O3 composition into 1-m mol% of Pb(1-alpha-beta) Sr(alpha) Cd(beta)(Sb2/3Mn1/3)(1-gamma)O3 composition (wherein A=Bi, Ln, In; B'=Co, Fe, Cr; B"=Ni, Zn, Mg; m=0.03-0.046; alpha=0-0.4; beta=0.018-0.025; gamma=0.03-0.065; and x=0.46-0.54). The ceramic material can reduce sintering temperature to 940-1060 deg.C. and the content of Pd among the electrode at the sintering temperature to 10-30% and the amount of rare-earth metal.
본 발명은 1-m 몰%의 PbSrCd(SbMn)(TiZr)O의 조성물에 m 몰 %의 BiA(VB′B″)O의 조성물을 복합첨가하여 제조한 3성분계 PbZrO-PbTiO-PbSbMnO의 압전세라믹 재료로써, A=Bi, Ln, In, B′= Co, Fe, Cr, B″=Ni, Zn, Mg, m=0.03~0.046, α=0~0.04, β=0.018~0.025, γ=0.03~0.065, x=0.46~0.54이다. 본 발명의 압전세라믹 재료는 압전세라믹 재료의 소결온도를 940℃-1060℃까지 낮추고, 이 온도에서 전극 중 Pd의 함량을 10%-30%까지로 낮출 수 있으며, 압전 세라믹 부품을 제조하기 할 때 사용하는 전극 중 희귀금속의 사용량을 줄일 수 있다. |
