MAT OF JADE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for producing a jade mat is provided to attach on surface of a bed or a seat cover, and to hasten circulation of blood, metabolism and rearing by radiating far-infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A jade mat producing method comprises a first stage processing a jade plate body(1) forming a connect groove(2) on an outer circumference unit with specific thickness and size while making the jade as circular or polygonal shape; a second stage processing beads(3) penetrating a through hole(4) to absorb impact with jade plate body or other materials; a third stage arranging the beads between the processed jade plate bodies; and a forth stage plaiting engage strings(5) as much as a specific length by penetrating the beads after winding the engage string to the connect groove of the jade plate body. Thereby, the jade mat is made by plaiting the jade plate body and the beads with the engage string through arranging the beads with a regular line to locate the beads reciprocally.
