Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Composites containing jujube extract is provided to treat high blood pressure and to use for a health food by dropping blood pressure. CONSTITUTION: Jujubes are swollen in water, and acetone 1-1.5L and jujube 1kg are stirred at room temperature for 12-18 hours. The stirred liquid is filtered to get filtrate by using a filter. The filtrate is compressed and concentrated. Hexane 1-1.5L is added to the concentrate to separate into a water layer and a hexane layer. Ethyl acetate is added to the water layer containing active substances for separating into a water layer and an ethyl acetate layer. The collected ethyl acetate layer is concentrated and dried under a compressing condition.
