COSMETIC SOFTENER COMPOSITION CONTAINING MUCH OIL

PURPOSE: A cosmetic water composition containing a large amount of oil is provided, which shows excellent stability in long time storage, rapid action in transdermal absorption, convenience to be applied to skin, and has little skin-irritation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process for the preparation of cosmetic water composition containing a large amount of oil comprises the steps of: preparing 5.0wt.% of liquid paraffin, 5.0wt.% of jojoba oil, 2.0wt.% of ceteareth-20, 0.5wt.% of ceteareth-15, 0.5wt.% of cetyl alcohol, 0.5wt.% of stearyl alcohol, 1.0wt.% of cholesterol, 0.5wt.% of beeswax, 3.0wt.% of 1,3-butylene glycol, 2.0wt.% of propylene glycol, 1.0wt.% of conc. glycerin, 1.0wt.% of arbutin, 5.0wt.% of ethanol, a suitable amount of preservative, perfume and pigment, and rest amount of distilled water; classifying the materials into water phase and oil phase, and heating at 75deg.C; and adding the oil phase into the water phase, shaking by a homomixer, and manufacturing the cosmetic water composition.
