Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A bubbler washing device and a method thereof are provided to improve washing property by minimizing surface tension of water in the soluble washing agent. CONSTITUTION: A bubbler cleansing apparatus is composed of an auxiliary tank(10) storing soluble washing agent; a heating device(12) heating the soluble washing agent from the auxiliary tank at the temperature of 60-85deg.C; a temperature sensor(26) installed in a side of a connecting hose(24) supplying the heated soluble washing agent to a chamber(18) to detect the temperature of the soluble washing agent; a pump(16) connected to the connecting hose to circulate the soluble washing agent to the auxiliary tank with responding the detecting signal of the temperature sensor; and a control panel(14) in the lower part of the heating device driving the pump and keeping the temperature of the soluble washing agent over 60deg.C. The bubbler washing apparatus removes polyurethane polymeric material from the chamber of a low-pressure bubbler clean.
