Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An impregnating liquor for baking a tantalum condenser and a preparing method of the tantalum condenser having a good loss and ESR properties using the same are provided to enhance the conductivity by adding NH4VO3 to Mn(NO3)2-H2O and improve a loss and ESR properties even using an existing manufacturing line. CONSTITUTION: NH4VO3 having 0.009-0.011%mol of the concentration of Mn(NO3)2 is added to the impregnating liquor composed of Mn(NO3)2, HNO3, NH4NO3 and H2O. In forming a MnO2 layer of the tantalum condenser, the impregnating liquor is prepared so that the concentration of the Mn(NO3)2 is to respectively become 10%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 72% and NH4NO3 is removed when the concentration is 10, 20 and 40%. Then, the 10% impregnating liquor is deposited on Ta2O5 dielectric and then it is baked under high temperature. Next, the deposition and baking process is repeated using 20 and 40% impregnating liquor. Then, 60% impregnating liquor is deposited on the baked Ta2O5 dielectric and then it is baked under low temperature. Finally, the deposition and low temperature baking process is repeated using 72% impregnating liquor. |
