Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A fixing device of a disk is provided to firmly fix the disk by horizontally fixing through a fixing hole of the disk and a fixing pin of a spacer and to prevent a transformation of the disk by reducing vertical force through a clamp. CONSTITUTION: A disk(12) is inserted in a hub of a spindle motor(10) after fixing the spindle motor(10) in a main body(11). The disk is located in a supporting portion(10a). A fixing pin(15) is inserted in a fixing hole of the disk(12) after inserting a spacer(14) in the hub. Another disk(12) is inserted on the spacer(14). The fixing hole(13) is fitted for another fixing pin(15). A screw hole(6a) is conformed to a screw hole(10b) and screwed each other. A compressing portion(5) of a clamp(6) presses the disk(12).
