CONTAINER FOR STORING AND TRANSPORTING LITHOGRAPHY RETICLES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely keep a fragile substance and transport it, by providing a plurality of partitions arranged between a pair of side walls with a distance to separate the substance and a fixing means retaining the substance in a slant condition during keeping and transporting the substance so as to lean on the partitions and not to easily move. SOLUTION: The container 100 is provided with the side walls 102, a top wall 104, a bottom wall 106, and a back wall 108 to form a box with a side face 110 opened at the opposite side of the back wall 108 as a whole. And a retaining means like a retaining rod 112 is provided so as to extend astride over the opened side face 110, at the side wall 102 to prevent reticle from sliding down from the opened side face 110 and easily contain the reticle into the container 100. The partitions 116 separating the reticle are fixed between the side walls at a certain angle 118 shifted from the perpendicular direction, in the container 100. In this way, the reticle leans on the partitions 116 and the movement and play on loading or transporting is minimized.
