PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an extracting method according to the taste of a customer, etc., by constituting the drink extraction device, which stirs mixed liquid of a raw material and hot water by sending air to an extractor, so that the amount of the sent-in air can optionally be adjusted. SOLUTION: At a drink manufacture part 2, the extraction device 26 is composed of a cylinder 8 provided with a stirring chamber 6 at its upper part and an extraction chamber 7 at its lower part and a paper filter 10 which is sandwiched with a drink receiver 9 arranged below the extraction chamber 7. Then a sending-out pump 23 is connected to the extraction chamber 7 through an air supply pipe 24 and the amount of the air sent in the extraction chamber (extractor) 7 is adjusted according to the operation state of the sending-out pump 23. Namely, the drink extraction device 26 which stirs the mixed liquid of the raw material and hot water by sending the air in the extractor 7 can optionally adjust the amount of the sent-in air so a drink matching the taste of the customer can be offered.
