Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To realize an oil pan device of an internal combustion engine, capable of enhancing the stiffness of an oil pan itself by helping oil to flow down to a deep bottom part, improving a natural function of the oil pan, and providing a fluid passage. CONSTITUTION: A lower part attaching bracket 24 is connected and provided on the front side of a deep bottom part 4 and also near the bottom surface of a right wall by a flange surface 15 and a rib member, and an upper attaching bracket 34 is provided approximately in the center part of a shallow bottom part and also near the bottom surface of a left wall 18. An attaching surface 33 is positioned higher than an attaching surface 23. And an oil passage 41 is fixed inside an oil pan 6 toward the downstream of air flow to be generated by the rotation of a crank shaft 2.
