Zusammenfassung: | After culturing Acinetobacter calcoaceticus CL on the phosphate buffer culture media containing ethanol and urea at 30 deg.C for 2 days, ethylenediamine tetraacetate is added. Then it is stirred at 65 deg.C, cooled, and centrifuged to obtain the supernatant. The surfactant is purified through salting-out and dialysis by adding ammonium sulfate. Then through ultrafiltration and freeze-drying, the bio-surfactant powder is obtained. The cosmetic formulation with excellent stability, moisturizing, emulsifying, and softening effects is prepared by adding this bio-surfactant at 0.01-10.0% w/w.
