Zusammenfassung:The mixture of low density polyethylene resin 2,000g, tricalcium phosphate 10g and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 10g and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 1.03g is reacted with dicumylperoxide 8g at 100-140 deg.C to give a polyethylene bead which is stirred with a styrene monomer 120g , mixed with tricalcium phosphate 1,6g, sodiumdodecylbenzenesufonate 0.6g, benzoylperoxide 0.8g, t-butylbenoate 0.06g, divinylbenzene 0.08, cooled, dyhydrated, dried and foamed to give a polystyrere foam having a cell size of 120-150 microns. 폴리올레핀수지에 비닐방향족 모노마를 함침중합후 발포시킨 변성폴리스틸렌계 비드발포체를 제조함에 있어서, 비닐방향족 모노마의 가교제를 스틸렌 모노마 100중량부에 대해 0.01~0.2중량부를 첨가하여 폴리스틸렌과 폴리올레핀이 상호 침투성 망상구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 변성폴리스틸렌계 비드발포체의 제조방법.
