Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To secure the airtightness of the perforated part of an iron plate, by a method wherein a holt is screwed on the female screw part, which communicates with the perforated part of the iron plate of the female screw cylinder embedded in a concrete cylindrical body part and interposing an airtight material between the head part of the bolt and the iron plate. CONSTITUTION:The female screw cylinder 3 embedded in a cylindrical body part 1 is formed into a long nut and the retaining mold fastening lever piercing through a perforated part 4 on the side of the separator and iron plate 2 embedded in a concrete cylindrical body part 1 is screwed on the female screw part 3a communicating with the parforated part 4 of the iron plate 2 or the base and male screw part of the step bolt arranged in a silo is screwed thereon. The bolt 5 is pierced through the perforated part 4 from the side of the iron plate 2 to be screwed on the femal screw part 3a of the femal screw cylinder 3 and an airtight material 6 such as a paper packing or a liquid seal material is tightened between the bolt head part 5a and the surface of the outer peripheral part of the perforated part 4 of the iron plate 2. Therefore, the airtightness of the perforated part of the iron plate in a silo can be secured.
