Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable a gap to be kept at high precision, by forming a notched section on the central section on the counter carrier side of a mover. CONSTITUTION:On the central section on the counter carrier side of a mover 9, a notched section 9c is formed. Accordingly, the expansion of a track on the central section of the mover 9 within a curved section is shallowly set as shown in a curve (a), and so the slit 17c of the retaining unit 16c of a stator 10c is not deeply set, and the mover 9 can be passed through. Accordingly, the strength of the retaining unit 16c can be sufficiently kept, and laminated cores 15c, 15c can be kept at high precision.
