Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce a cost and improve carrying efficiency, by arranging the stators of a linear motor respectively on the straight sections and curved sections of a running route. CONSTITUTION:Not only within the straight sections 1, 11, 5 of a running route 6, but also within the curved sections 2, 4 of the route, the stators 10b, 10c of a linear motor are arranged. Accordingly, within the curved sections 2, 4, a carrier 8 can be accelerated. Accordingly, the carrier 8 is not required to be strongly accelerated within the straight sections 1, 11 of the running route 6, and a strong linear motor is not needed, and the mechanism of the carrier 8 and the running route 6 is not required to be strengthened, and impact and noise can be attenuated, and by lightening the weight of the carrier 8, carrying efficiency can be improved.
